Reservations

A reservation fee equal to the first night of accommodation is required at the
time of confirmation of the booking. Deposits will be credited to the guest's account,
but are non returnable. If the booking is reduced from the original dates the deposit
will be used against the shortage. We accept cash and most credit and debit
cards, in which case we require the account number, together with expiry date, and the
name on the card. We also require the last three numbers on the signature strip as well
as the postcode and house number the card is registered at.

Please note that we may require partial or full payment before
attending some conference or exhibition dates.

Cancellations / Amendments

When a reservation has been confirmed whether by telephone,
in person, or in writing, a contract, which is legally binding,
is formed with us. We are legally bound to provide accommodation
as booked, you are legally bound to pay. If you have to cancel
or modify these arrangements, you will still remain liable for
the entire amount. Sending doctors notes or other documents to
us does not relieve you of the responsibility to pay.
We would advise taking out insurance in case you
require to cancel or alter your booking

Over 1 months notice...........25% of the cost
Under 1 months notice..........50% of the cost
Under 14 days notice.........100% of the cost
If the room is relet to cover the time originally booked
none of the cancellation charges will be imposed, but
the origonal deposit may be forfeited in all of the above.
The minimum cancellation charge is a Ł20.00 administration fee.

Please note that check in times are from 3pm. until 10pm.
Any time later than 10pm. may incur a charge
Check out time is 10am, if you are after this time a
charge may also be incurred.
